The Soggy Doggy

The first time I went here and used their grooming services, I was pleasantly surprised. They were knowledgeable and nice, we thought we had found our place. The next time I went in, not so much. I dropped off my dog, who is a large breed. They called me back early, had me come back in and pick him up because he had gone to the bathroom during his cleaning. Irritating as that was, they did not do anything for him. They got him wet, then dried, no shampoo, no nail clip, no grooming at all! I apologized, and then I realized they were charging me full price, which was significantly more than before, well over $300 for nothing at all! I tried to ask them if that seemed reasonable, but they said yes because they stopped for the safety of the dog. I was dumbfounded, but I paid and left. Basically, I just donated to them a lot of money for literally nothing. I could have bought a whole new dog for that. Obviously I won't be going there again. It took me a while to leave a review, but it still keeps me up at night.

Great way to suds up your dog. They provide everything you need! All you need to bring is your pup! Reasonably priced and a great selection of treats for after. Highly recommended.

Excellent place . Have hard to find natural brands and you're able to take your pet in for grooming and more...... Also self service if you want ..... Glad I found this place... Staff is so friendly and very helpful. Thank you
